The Nib Magazine has been shortlisted for the 2018 Stack Awards. Stack Magazines identified inspiring, global, independent magazines published between October 2017 and September 2018. To be recognized for these prestigious international publishing and design awards for the premier issue is an amazing feat. It is also a fitting tribute to the vision and hard work of Nib founder, Matt Bors, The Nib editorial and design teams, First Look Productions, and all the comic artists who contributed to this endeavour. I must admit it’s also nice as the designer and an illustration contributor, to be recognized alongside a vast array of global talent pushing the limits of modern independent magazine design.
