Here’s last weeks American Affairs Tech Desk comic on the short-lived ad blocker app scare. I say short-lived, because despite the fact that this is an issue that won’t go away or be resolved any time soon for publishers and advertising/digital agencies and advertisers, it has been usurped in the FREAKOUT NEWS OF THE DAY, by The Pope, and John Boehner’s resignation, and The Pope, and Donald Trump, and The Pope, and The Pope, Pope Pope. And briefly The Emmy’s I guess. The point is, existential threats and shiny objects come and go. You have my solemn promise that I will continue to focus on things that you will soon forget.
