You don’t need the Orangina!
By Mark Kaufman
I haven’t had much time to post any blog entries lately. Happily we have been very, very busy on the design side of our business. We have been doing everything from annual reports, print and theatre advertising, branding, POP displays, direct mail, brochures, newsletters, white papers and case studies, apparel design, retail packaging, to a new website for one of our clients. Damn Vivitiv has been busy!
However, the front page article in this week’s New York Observer goes a long way in explaining why Drawmark work has slowed down considerably this year. All of the magazines and newspapers that are not Condé Nast have already been in dire straits for some time which in turn has affected my illustration output/revenues. But not my Orangina consumption!
