Mighty Boosh Back in the USA

The Mighty Boosh are back on American television, albeit at 1:00 am on Sunday nights. Thanks to my DVR and Adult Swim for bringing back the masters of all media to the USA. I first caught them on BBC America a few years back, and much to my despair the network has never re-aired the program. Whether it’s the telly, radio, live stage shows, online, albums and the book seen above, I find the Boosh thing to be a thing of surreal beauty. Not only is this one hell of a funny show, the overall design sensibility of the program, the sets, the costumes, the makeup effects, cartoons and illustration, and the animation are well worth a look. Very strange indeed.
