Despite the bad news that Mad Magazine will become a quarterly, the usual gang of idiots still treat the POTUS the same no matter the party. Barack Obama can look forward to the same satiric pie in the face as Ike, JFK, Johnson, Nixon, Carter, Reagan, Clinton, Bush 41 and 43 did, except on a reduced schedule of course. The Nation had it right when they had the George W. Bush/Alfred E. Newman mashup. The economy and the publishing world is definitely in a world of hurt, a quarterly Mad, treasured by teenage boys for over 50 years, is yet another serious fuck-you left by Dubya. Odd, since he was the teenage boy in chief.
