Drawmark Memory Hole: Economy Edition

Memory is a funny thing. I was reading or heard something about the economic mess we are in over the weekend, and this piece that I did a few years back for Willamette Week popped into my head. It was for an article on how people get by selling plasma, sperm or eggs. Yeah I know, gross, but ya gotta do what you gotta do. I think what spurred this memory was when I read or heard someone say that America is resilient. I hope that this is not what they meant by that.I always liked this illustration though.
